I have an enlarged heart . left ventricle failure. and A F. I am 58 year old male non-smoker don`t drink alcohol good diet I keep getting swollen joints in my feet and right knee.. which are extremely painful I would appreciate some tips on how prevent this from keep happening

It should be dilated cardiomyopathy. Did you consult a cardiologist? Even if you don't have any symptoms of shortness of breadth, fatigue, swelling of ankles / abdomen please follow the cardiologist's guidelines. If it is very early stage there could be a complete reversal. Please don't ignore.
