I came into Portsmouth. a few of us decided not to go back with coach to Dover..But the bottles were falling off the shelves and they shut the shops and upper decks..But I'm not going to lie in was in some distress with constant pain and doctor was monertering me .He said he would not have let me on if he knew it was going to be this rough because if I got worse they had no way of getting me off .I'm now on dry land and waiting for train..but hey ho it's delayed...you guessed it..due to high winds. Thanks mate.Like you I was massively into my fitness..Had no issues until last March..16stne and strong as an Ox..swimming running in the gym..Now I can't go out in the cold wind or I get a nasty attack stress rating a big meals and just at rest I'm having these attacks. Got back to the gym about a month ago and felt better mentally but Bangkok another attack and it's wiped me out and now I don't have the confidence to go back at the moment. I'm down to 14.5stone and everyone says oh you look great..Well I don't..I feel weak and have no energy..Now can't seem to get the weight back on unless I eat crap processed foods and the high calories and I don't want to go down that road.So struggling to put Wright back on with meals I've now changed to..
Sounds Shit Rob but the great thing is you want to get back. For me like you, training is pivotal in my life . I clearly don’t get your level of pain, but I do get chest pain everyday and it scares me as I think here we go again.
But pain is nothing like my HA and after I paid to see one of the top cardiologists in London I did feel reassured.
You have a problem most people would love. Losing weight but to people like us it’s not good. You say you only put weight on if you each crap?
Have you tried eating less but more often up to 7 times a day. Lean protein and veggies with some wholemeal rice or pasta. With snacks of nuts and fruit. Takes a bit of planning but well worth the efforts.
I'm on the urgent list to have one mate..I've had a horrendous day with chest...radiating around back and neck and has now left me wiped out in bed..Really getting to me right now.
Definitely got worse in last 6weeks..so I'm struggling and tonight I've started to take Diltiazem so let's see.
