Breathing problems in polluted atmosphere

I am new to this forum and hence I may ask something which may be daft. I have severe breathing problems in Bangladesh (my place of abode some 40 years ago). Two years ago in January I had serious breathing problems in Bangladesh within a week of my going there. Last year in January I had so severe breathing problems only after 6 days that despite strong dose of antibiotics, I had to leave the country urgently. After coming back to England within three days I became much better. Any idea from anybody what causes such problems and how to cure it?

it is as is the air is polluted which in turn can result in endless problems very serious for people with lung conditions to the point of death!

True, such conditions can cause death. A senior friend of mine, about eight years senior to me, had died in Bangladesh a couple of years back while on holiday there. He was a GP in Leicester for nearly 40 years and an OBE. He died a sad death without any medication.

Donald Trump does not believe in global warming and air pollution but most other people do. Perhaps it may be best to avoid Bangladesh if you can?
