I would personally suggest because of the shortness of breath you ring 999 so the paramedics can check you out. And NO you will not be time wasting.

SOB can be caused by many things it could be down to your heart attack, if your abdo is painful it could be your not taking as deeper breath as normal or there is a problem with your diaphragm. I have felt a bit SOB over the last few days but it’s down to the fact it’s been humid.See your gp or the hospital.

Hello :-)

When we have a heart attack it leaves us feeling so uncertain about how we feel physically , hopefully you have a Rehab Nurse and will possibly be starting Rehab classes soon

What you are feeling at the moment though you need to get checked out so I agree with others phone 111 or 999 and let them check you out

Please let us know how you get on :-) x

Get in touch with your doctor and cardio nurse and let them know what's happening.

Yes, get it checked out if it persists due to your history, but lots of people are feeling breathless and weary due to the very high humidity. I heard two people yesterday say how weary they were after the smallest of exercise.

I would do exactly as MichaelJH suggests or 111 & have done on a couple of occasions. I struggled initially with thinking I was wasting their time - but better to be safe than sorry. Seriously….

Don't hesitate to call 111 who will probably send paramedics. It could be as simple as your new tablets upsetting your stomach and causing acid reflux but you can't be sure without getting it checked

Easier said than done. Didn't he increase your stomach tablets for a short time?

Yes they put my lanzoprozol up to 2 a day 1 morning one night and pain killers . But other than that I have to rest and relax

That should help a lot. That's what they do with me when my stomach goes crazy. Since they changed my aspirin to gastro resistant ( dissolves in the gut not the stomach) I've not had any problems thank goodness. I was getting peptic ulcers on normal aspirin.

I have to go for blood test next week to make sure my lungs are fine and the heart which the doctor said was OK oxygen levels 99 percent and heart rate I little high but that due to worry

Glad to read your GP is on the ball and covering all bases. Gosh what some mixed metaphors! No need to worry when he's being so careful.
