Well just update everyone haven’t been on in a good while after my NSTEMI and one stent did my rehab and now I have joined the jym had a full bloods done the whole lot and for the first time every thing came back low range or middle not one test showed out the normal range ACCEPT my cholestral my bad one was only 1.7 she said that was very good but my good cholestral was 3.so combined 4.7 so I have to eat less healthie food . Lol but not a issue she was well pleased my bloods have been bad fir 5 years because if gall bladder issues but had it out last year few weeks later heart attack so been up and down I won’t give up eating fish and I have been having cooked breakfast every day grilled of course going to have to eat smaller portions but also now playing bowels fir my local park in tower hamlets so that will be a lot of walking got to lose 20 lbs lost 12 stone 5 years ago but now can’t seem to do it I am sure it’s the meds but only taking 50mg meterpolo aspirin and clopiagrel once a day

Maybe u should it’s quite a active game and keeps u fit there r plenty of clubs around looking for new players good luck

Bowels are the smelly part of the body. I think you mean bowls.
