I have read loads of posts on here the last few months and found it very useful. Thought I would post! I am 36 and had a heart attack and 2 cardiac arrests last April. I was discharged from rehab yesterday as all is good. At the time I couldn't see a way through it. Still have bad days but mostly good. Thought I mite b usefull to the younger community .💖
