LBBB and RBBB

Hello everyone, here we go again on the LBBB which I was diagnosed by my cardiologist. Ok now seems I have a partial RBBB..? someone please tell me I can't have both last 3 ECG'S came back with this oh and a septal infarction? one was a probable old infarction? so anyone else had this with there ECG'S. Very confusing this. OH, I said to the doctor I didn't have an RBBB always shown LBBB and what he said back was no you can not have an LBBB as it is life-threatening .. GIVE ME STRENGTH. told him to check my medical records yep he did and said ok but its showing right now? well, I am baffled .. any ideas folks before I croak it. x thanks

LBBB is not life threating per sae as far as I know, it's been on my ECG for a few years now.
