Great to see a few from 2016/17/18. Try as ever to keep us all informed of each of us are doing.

I'm doing OK, good days and not so good days, but have occasional setbacks. However, still a surreal event, it frightened me and completely knocked the stuffing out of me and it still catches me unawares, but no longer worrying that every pain or niggle I get is heart related. I.e. Now my hips are playing up.

Hope you all have a good year healthwise and to those to yet to take their next step in treatment I wish you well

Hi I'm still here. Going to have another cardioversion and they also want me to have an ablation. Feel very winded as if someone's hit best way to describe it.

Sorry, to her that. I had an ablation in 2015 and it did thankfully work and although I have occasional ectopic beats it is not affecting me. My problems are Macro vascular disease triple bypass 2017, now have unstable angina, but do my best. Hope it all goes well take care

Hi, only posted once after my HA and CAs in June but pretty much back to normal now. Reduced my hours at work and am going to use some of the time to volunteer at the cardiac rehab group which helped me to get my life back. Still get a little tired and emotional but so much to be thankful for.
