Obviously none of us should go silly we have to protect our hearts but a little treat at Xmas to celebrate surely is ok

The Vitamin C in the freshly squeezed orange juice helps prevent irritation of the arteries which can be a precursor to plaque build up.

The champagne was finished with the turkey (lean meat). I must confess to not eating the sprouts as I hate the little green things!
