Does anyone else have persistent cough with clear phlegm? I've had it now since end of September. I just found out right side of my heart is a lot larger than last year.

like a frofy white look to it but generally clear. It seems different from

Some drugs can cause the cough. If you’re really worried talk to GP, cardiac nurse etc

PFO /septal defects can cause persistent cough and recurring chest infections

Can be medication. Do you take Ramipril? I found it helps to drink more fluids and broncostop pastilles at night

some statins can cause a cough. Are you taking any?

Yep, me too. Persistent cough since beginning of September, bringing up white phlegm. Get's a little embarrassing at times. Doctor told me I have an allergy! Not taking Ramipril.
