Well being allowed back at rehab today after being barred for 4 months while awaiting loop recorder being fitted. I’m really nervous I pass out again and it shows something on recorder that’ll keep me in hospital over Christmas. I know I’m being silly. Why do we always think the worst❤️shiona

You need to stay positive. I had a dizzy spell at my second rehab session which I believe was the result of low blood pressure and as a result I sat it out. At the end of the session I checked my BG (blood glucose and it had dropped to just under 5.0. The next proposal was to take me to A&E which I refused as after half-a-century I knew how to deal with it. This resulted in a letter to my GP which understandably he did not act on.

Anyway it is after 4:00 pm so I assume you have been to rehab - hope it went well?
