Yes i am 79 years old had a bad heart 4 20 years now got angina i take 32 pills a day plus spray any tips ! Thanks Carlton

What do you want tips on? Do you have specific questions?

My big tip is "diet and exercise" but I don't know what you are doing already or what your doctors have told you.

Hi

Do you actually need 32 tabs per day. Have a good chat with either doc. or cardiologist or even a good pharmacist. Sometimes they give you one pill to counteract the others. Worth a try.

Well said BreakThrough56 - 32 tablets a day is a shed load of pills - probably as many as a heart transplant patient. Ask your specialist/doctor for a review and keep fit

Definitely get a medication review. My late mother was on a shed load of tablets but after a review this more than hslved! One was to counter the side effects of another that doing the same for another! Sadly it is easier to add to the repeat list than review it. I suspect millions are wasted with unnecessary or inappropriate medication?

You could give Shibashi a try. You don't have to go out, iis very gentle and easy to learn. It takes about 20 minutes. Just follow the video: youtube.com/watch?v=aAwbJ9M... "Trust Me I'm A Doctor" found that it gave a good workout without strain or pain. My tutor says it can be done every day. I hope you enjoy it.
