Heart stent recovery

Hi,I had 1 stent put in last week and 1 yesterday

I’m home but I feel so tired and out of breath

The worse thing is the bruising and pain in my groin.hurts to try to get up

Any advice would be awesome

Hi Roypeg just take it easy.the best thing is to go to bed and rest.it will gradually Start to feel better . The bruising will take about a month to go.I had 5 stents put in the right coronary artery .thy went in both sides of the groin .you will start to feel better but it takes time.i still feel tide and out of breath 18 months On.i put a warm water bottle on my Legs that help.i hope you feel better soon

I had my stents through my wrist.Its early days yet.I am

a year in.I had lots of sympton early on.Not so bad now.

Hi. I had mine done two weeks ago. It’s very scary initially as you notice every little thing. I felt like it hadn’t worked. The key thing is to take it easy. Do not try and do to much. It’s really important that you do that. I am sure you will start to feel better soon.
