Help, unsure what this means

Results from my echocardiogram are as follows;

Mildly dilated right atrium with no significant valvular abnormality

The right ventricle normal size with good systolic function however there was a prominent appearance of the rv apex which was mildly dilated together with a small outpouching in the basal lateral ventricular wall
