If you read the insert with Ramapril the section about interaction with other medications it tells you to tell your doctor if you are taking anti-inflammatories like Ibuprofen or Aspirin (but not the daily 75mg tablet). You need to give your GP a call in the morning to discuss.

I got told not to, but am on 6 other pills so it might be different for you.

That sounds a bit cock eyed to me - If you got told not to - then you have your answer. Perhaps you should ask your Pharmacist and take the advice!

I don’t... I’m only on 2.5mg and take 6 other pills, which why I said it maybe different for the fella asking.. pretty clear for me... clearly not for you hope this helps clear it up

I was told by the doctor only to have Paracetamol with Rampiril. No Ibuprofen.

Hi I had my first heart attack 12 years ago now I was taken to local hospital on a Sunday then transferred to Papworth in Cambridgeshire the next day I never had a sent fitted, after being there 4 days was sent home a doctor visited a few days later and rehab had been arranged also, I never did rehab as I was too ill I lived alone so I was looked after really well by medical team it took me a year to recover from that heart attack. 3years ago I had a second heart attack I went to Barts in London still no stent and this time no rehab I was to have a followup with consultant 12 later but moved house 3 years later I've had to fight with new surgery to get this follow up had echocardiogram last week waiting for results. The moral to this story is you will recover in time at your own pace only you know how you feel,gentle excersie and healthy eating will see you right good luck.
