Definitely go back to your doctor, there are other drugs you can take instead of Ramipril. I was taken off it because I developed an irritating dry cough.

Never had sleep issues due to heart meds. I do get unusually tired tho where I get awake at night and tired in the morning. This is wen my heart condition isn’t good.

I have commented on this before but sometimes the anxiety can be a result of event/surgery and not the meds? I haven't had any problems with Ramipril but everyone is different. As others have suggested best to ask your doctor. Cheers
