Hi I'm Andy 54 years of age....had heart attack and stent in 2015....feel less fit now that I ever had ...changed my diet....just have no stamina 😠

You need to see your GP. Have you had your BP and bloods monitored recently. Statins (I assume you are on them) can sometimes (very rarely) cause liver problems or you may, for instance, have simple anemia. Also as you have CVD another artery may need stenting.

I was about same age when my troubles started. If you are on statins then consider changing or reducing. I felt terrible on them and Don’t take them anymore. Set yourself walking or other fitness goals maybe using a heart rate monitor. Have you lost weight ? It’s a slow build up to fitness . It’s also a necessary to have positive outlook . Maybe take up group exercise . I found tai chi good .
