Desperate and worried

Hi we live in Greece but don’t have any insurance. My husband had an arythmia causing a heart attack du to blocked arteries. He has had 2 stents fitted and is now waiting for an ICD pacemaker. We live on an island and are not allowed to go home tilll the pacemaker is fitted, it’s been 3 weeks since the arythmia, he keeps getting blurred/altered vision and slight fuzzy head and wondered if this is a side effect, any advice much appreciated thanks
