Echocardiogram vs rhubidium ct scan EF results

I had my HA on June 23rd two days after stent I had an echocardiogram which showed an ejection fraction of 40%.

Then on the 7th of July I had a rubidium CT scan, which included a drug induced stress test ejection fraction was reported to be 62%

Yesterday I attended the heart centre at Manchester Royal Infirmary. The technician said he had noticed a difference between the EF they gauge with echo and those reported from the scanner.

I await results from the latest echo but wonder which method gives the most accurate results. The technician said differences of ten percentage points were not unusual?

Does anybody have experience of EF being calculated from different sources and comparing results.

No direct experience relating to EF but from experience with Non-destructive Testing I would back CT for accuracy.

This was my thought. But I will look carefully at results and methods of interpreting the echo
