Week 3 and Still Confused

Hello,

I am getting a bit more Mobil after the less invasive heart valve repair. Yes, I was lucky but still struggling. Spent yesterday morning being health advocate and calling to get help with transportation to phisio. I walked 1.2 miles yesterday slow as can be with partner.

I am trying to have very small accomplishments each day. I write them down. It’s the depression I cannot seem to banish. My partner Says I’m better than two weeks ago, but my memory is still fuzzy.

Is there something to look forward to in week 4?
