Hi , I’ve just had a heart attack and a stent to the left and right side , I also have type 1diabeties , hypothyroidism and multiple sclerosis. Joined the group to gain advice really as very new to all this .xxxx

Hi. Welcome. It’s a great site. Lots of support and good advice from people who understand what you’re going through. Early days for you at the moment. Cardiac rehab will help you and hopefully you have a date for that. It will give advice on lifestyle diet psychological impact as well as exercise class. Hopefully you have a date for this.
