Tiredness (or perhaps complete and utter exhaustion might be a better phrase!) seems to go hand in hand with many heart meds. Seems totally unfair but one has to try and think positively that the pills are actually doing some good or even saving my our lives. I just try and pace myself and on days I feel good I do quite a bit but on bad days I mainly read and rest. I have 2 large hairy hounds to walk every day so that makes me go out regardless of the weather😭!
Thank you so much for your reply I really felt I was on my own with these symptoms I have good days though seem outweighed by the bad at the moment.
You are so right I will try and think on the positive side as the pills as you say are saving our lives sadly don't have dogs to drag me out every day but will make a greater effort to go out for a walk .. Autumn is my favourite season 😁
Sorry this went into my junk mail for some reason so only just seen it when checking that folder and finding loads of missing emails!😡.
As of today I have decided to start my diet (again), ie stop eating sweet stuff when tired.... Take more exercise no matter how exhausted I feel. So dogs are going to be walked more and I will not only go to gym but start swimming again. And check out the exercise classes at the health club.
Well done I want to get back into yoga to try and be more supple. I go to Anglesey a lot with my sister and brother in law and I am going to increase my walking distance in the nature reserve. I need to lose weight too and have started reading The Kindness Method by Shahroo Izadi at 64 I really need to make positive changes as well
