I think the drug is mostly a blanking joke, really. My mom was just put on it, first couple weeks, breathing horrible, last night almost seemed like she may not make it, she is 90. Today, maybe after lots of prayers, breathing better, but absolutely no energy, none. Doesn't want to eat or drink water and at one point actually dillutional, seeing things. Honestly. Tell the Drs to take the pill themselves and they'll whittle away. Maybe they're getting a kick back? They could shove it straight up their blank. F them. All you got to do is look at reviews on entresto, the majority says horrible side effects, difficulty breathing, no energy, etc. Tell your Dr to go back to school! F them and the sales reps trying to CON them into prescribing it!!!!

Everyone has different tolerances to drugs; some tolerate Simvastatin others do not. These intolerances chance as we age as the liver and kidneys become less efficient.
You need to ring 111 to discuss in the first instance (unless your GPs work Saturdays). Ring 999 if appropriate. A word of advice - calm down. You are helping no one. Whilst the drug does not appear to be helping your mother it does many thousands more!
You and the medical profession have one common aim, to improve the health of your mother and make her more comfortable.
I’ve never seen these terrible reviews of which you write, only positive results in the main, but there is the odd exception. Side effects cannot be seen until a drug is taken, and it was obviously worth trying.
Human nature being as it is, your mother won’t be helped by having negative derogatory comments about the drug or the medical profession. Try to be more positive for her sake.
Calmly tell your health professionals that your mother has symptoms which MAY be caused by new medication and take their advice. I must say I’ve never heard of Entresto causing the results you describe, but I’m not involved in the huge operation of developing and testing the drug.
