This is only the top end of the leader board, Sharon. There are plenty of folks not able to get anywhere near the arbitrary 10k a day. bbc.co.uk/news/amp/health-4...
If 2.5k is a challenge for you, then you definitely should be giving yourself a massive pat on the back when you achieve it. We can only work with what we have! X
