I got to have stress echocardiogram Monday , but they said for me not to take my beta blockers or a Chanel blocker Amlodopin for 48 hours before my test now I don't know what I should do because my hear beat going fast already

Try and relax and take things very easy. The removal of meds is common and needed prior to the stress echo. It’s only for a few days so provided you are not planning anything strenuous you should be fine, however if you feel things are getting more worrisome for you try and see your GP.
