Pacemaker problem

Two months ago I had an Echocardiogram due to the fact I was experiencing odema in my feet, ankles and legs. I had a pacemaker fitted in 2013 for complete heart block, the results of the echo showed that I have severe tricuspid regurgitation possibly caused by my pacemaker lead, and it also discovered I have a "chiari network"

I was discharged from Cardiology after my initial pacemaker and have no follow up, although it has been mentioned that the said consultant would contact me about removing the pacing wires and replacing this with a "wireless pacemaker" two months later he still-hasn't contacted me, even after e mailing his secretary.

I feel in limbo as I know this will do more damage if left as it Is.

Has anyone else had problems caused by pacemaker leads.
