Action heart

The gym at Russel’s Hall hospital is called action heart.It is a facility for the people of Dudley and other west midland boroughs .I think it’s a invite policy only although you can join the gym for a small monthly fee.All residents of Dudley are invited to do there cardio rehab there with free membership for 12 months .I have just started at action heart and the facilities and staff are excellent .But be warned there is a waiting list.

It is by invitation you have to be referred by GP, or Cardiologists or Hospital following surgery.

I believe that approx 150 on waiting list.

It's also heart health education program.

They are very good at moving forward and getting everyone into the system.
