hi every 1 7 months i think now since my avr and ive bought a tub 4 my kids sum 1 mentioned 2 me that i would have 2 be carefull going in there 4 a long time just curious if any 2 else has heard this thanks.although 7 months on my chest is still sore and very tight and still haveing trouble with blood pressure.thanks paul

You should be fine. The concern is that being too hot will lower your blood pressure which could make you dizzy and/or collapse. So don’t sit in it for hours at a time. Also make sure you stay well hydrated (lots of water). I got my info from my cardiologist when I asked about sauna use.

thanks steve i got apointment with the nurse thursday about my blood pressure so ill double check with her cheers

Tend to agree with Steve but check with your medical team first. It may be that as you have BP issues getting this under control needs to be done first.
