TAVI via Carotid artery

I'm under the Brompton for severe leaking aortic valve which is now also moderate narrow. I also have AF, and severely reduced lung function due to kyphoscoliosis. Brompton now want to sort valve out but cannot do via surgery because lung function is only about 20%. Have had all test for TAVI (transcatheter aortic valve intervention. Cannot do it via groin because of body shape, or via arm/shoulder because of body shape and arteries very narrow. Am now waiting to see vascular surgeon to see if it is feasible vi carotid artery. Anyone else gone down the TAVI route, specially via carotid. Have googled, and carotid TAVI seems to be becoming more common and positive outcomes.
