Irregular beating heart

Hi, I'm sitting here and my heart is beating so irregularly it's scaring me. I've had ecg''s in the past and a heart scan and they've traced irregulag beats but I've never had someone tell me why. My heart is slow and pounding tonight, I've been so fatigued the past few days and it's scaring me. Has anyone had the same?

How long ago were you checked? Are you generally fit and active?

To the end of last year I was monitored and generally fit and well.

Good idea to see your GP, however stress can cause quite a few problems but if your heart is slow and irregular then a check up is called for, have a list of questions and get them all answered.

Thank you. It just scares the hell out of me, I'd rather have a swollen leg than a weird beating heart if that makes sense !! I'm hoping to see the Dr asap and actually ask for some actual results and answers now. Thanks again
