I would like to thank everyone who gave me advice after my AVR. I tried to do too much too soon. I managed to strain a ligament at the 5 1/2 week stage. The pain was very bad. People on here advised a visit to the medics. I saw my consultant who immediately put me on stronger painkillers. I have just started rehab which has amazing results. I’ve just completed 8 weeks. AVR is a major op. I didn’t realise how major. Thanks once again everyone. It would have been twice as hard without your support. Phil Garner

We’ve all been there, thinking 🤔 I feel ok 😂 I decided to hoover 2 or 3 weeks post op big mistake felt it the next day and had a massive telling off from the rehab nurse. Glad your doing well, so no more over doing things enjoy not doing very much because life gets back to normal pretty quick 😆
Wishing you speedy recovery Kaz❤️💕💖
