My wife has secondary stage 4 cancer (had chemo and about to restart) with swollen lymph glands round neck and elsewhere. She has had breathlessness but also her blood pressure drops and feels sick...this happened when she went to have (before having) blood test and last night in the ensuite.
My question is, could swollen glands near/against the heart be the cause of loss of blood pressure and possibly breathlessness? (though she has been relieved a bit by an inhaler) Though she has had scans we dont seem to get told much about what they can see of glands apart from the neck area which we can see. We do have a BP monitor at home and check it, but its whats causing the drops.
