Hi Kazza_1, ICD stands for implantable cardioverter defibrillator, it's kind of like a pacemaker with the added ability to shock the heart if it starts misbehaving. A cross between an electronic timer and a taser.

Good luck with everything on Friday, not that you'll need it. You'll be the safest you've ever been with your personal paramedic implanted. Focus on all of the positives to keep the nerves at bay x
