I know a little early but I have signed up to this event once again. I did it from 1988 until 2008 and then times changed so didn't do it. I came back and started doing it again last year. For anyone interested it is a fabulous event and it takes place in The Moat of the Tower of London in early May on a Wednesday.

I had heart valve replacement surgery in Aug 2016 and a bypass and my mum died of a heart attack in 1993. I have recovered well from my op and I am thankful to Bart's and their wonderful team.

I have benn back running 3 times a week since November 2016 and I am now faster at my 5k Park run than I was 5 years ago

Thank you for posting this. I must admit I had never heard of it and was amazed to see it had been going for 40 years. Congratulations on your running.
