Just back from holiday

Absolutely what I needed, but missed the group on here. Walked loads and did some steep hills. Yesterday walked 3 mile beach twice, so pleased with myself. Joined a new gym near home and have induction on Tuesday. I want to get back to a good fitness level.

Getting there has been a long recovery, well nearly three weeks, but finally no strapping and no pain when walking. Going for a stroll this morning, well when it's light haha, but will be a light one. Aiming for 3 miles or so leg dependant

Hi Twobells - if you miss the forums so much and you have an iPhone there's an app you can download to chat on the go! I think for Android phones the app is still in development, but you can still access the site through your phone :)
