Skipped up the hill !....

Firstly, my thanks to all who replied to me regarding endoscopy, with both reassurance & horror stories !!. Having had a thorough review by my own GP this morning....yes I do have iron deficient anaemia - he will test me for Coeliac disease & meantime find a vegetarian iron supplement to prescribe for me. Apparently, you can have Coeliac & be symptom free ! My BP was still high so he suggests resuming the Bisoprolol at half the dose & will review that in 3 weeks. He said it really is 'the best thing's for ischaemic 💓 disease ( this in tandem with an ACE inhibitor).

So, I have avoided the dreaded endoscopy for now. This is thanks to the current monitoring by the Colo-rectal team (am so used to t'other oscopies by now !)....all I need now is an all clear from the mammogram..... this in

I almost ran up the hill home.

I was told I had iron deficient anemia last week. One GP said it was unlikely due to the surgery... another said he'd bet his house that it was due to the surgery! Anyway, I'm now waiting for a gastro appointment and a camera down the gut unfortunately.
