After a quiet long weekend around home & little exercise, have done another full shift with the grandchildren today. I'm pleased to report no obvious ill effects of the withdrawal from the beta blocker.

Tomorrow, it's routine mammogram time, ladies you will understand my trepidation !. From there to GP surgery & check of obs by Practice Nurse. Hoping she may also be able to tell me results of blood tests for anaemia.....watch this space......

Yes been there with the mammogram business last year. You'll be fine, over before you know it 😊
