Awful night

Yesterday I managed to get through the day relatively well with minor discomfort. Last night things got worse and I started getting chest discomfort, arm, shoulder and neck pain and generally felt out of sorts. I'm now taking Isosorbide mononitrate as well as my other meds but I still needed to use my gtn twice which gave mild relief only. I ended up downstairs with my partner from 1.30 am all night. I almost called 999 but held off because I knew I'd end up carted to the local hospital a&e again who do nothing except take more blood and ecg before sending me home 7 hours later even with chest pains! Their tests don't show the 3 blockages I have, 2 of which are 95 to 99% so they do nothing. I even had it suggested I might have indigestion even though I already had the result of the ct angiogram showing severe disease! Last thing I need is another ambulance trip and 7 hours in a&e when I know my problem. The local hospital don't do the cardiac procedures anyway, that's Papworth about 1.5 hours away where I'm due on Monday. I'm calling then today to see if there's any way I can get admitted now during the lead up to the operation. I don't feel well or safe at home and my partner is struggling to know what to do as well. I just hope they can take me in.
