Biologics and possible side effects

Wondering if anyone has had something similar happen.

I’ve had severe p since 2020 and started the bialogic adalimumab in January 2020 after systemic treatments failed/side effects became to bad. In June this month my adalimumab was swapped as it want working wellto ustekinumab which I had my first dose mid july.

In have previously had unknown dizziness which went away last august (2023). In may this year I had the first bout of dizziness and then over the past 2 weeks they’ve been happening multiple times a day.

I was wondering if anyone has had this when on biologics as my gp has suggested it could be making it worse.

My heart rate and gp have been slightly high when checked during and not during dizziness episodes.

Any advice on what could be causing it/if it is my medication would be greatly appreciated.

(I have spoke to my consultants secretary as advised by gp and I see them at the end of the month)
