I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and IBS and also cervical spondylitis. I have had skin issues for years. Mainly my scalp and hairline and over recent years my toenails have become hard, discoloured and coming away from my toes. I have seen my GP who told me it wasn’t psoriasis and to see a podiatrist. A Fungal nail test came back negative. I don’t really know where to go for advice. My fingers and feet are constantly stiff and sore and my joints are becoming more stiff and sore. I don’t think this is related to Fibromyalgia but don’t know who to ask to see? Any idea who I should ask to be referred to?

I have it mainly in my finger nails mind you don`t have Rheumatoid arthritis from what I was told but didn`t rule out arthritis never been tested for fibro but do suffer all over pain.
Many of the conditions you mentioned are related to psoriatic arthritis - I would ask to be referred to a rheumatologist.
Ask for a referral to a Rheumatologist or a Dermatologist and look into possible psoriatic arthritis .... I was originally told I had fibromyalgia and arthritis then on seeing a consultant was told psoriatic arthritis and possibly fibromyalgia... Good luck
