Has anybody experienced psoriasis under/In the nail? I have it and my toe is so sore at the moment - can’t wear shoes only flat open sandals.I have it In my fingers too - the nails have become loose from the base of the finger. Sometimes by mistake the nail flicks back. I no longer can have long nails. Does anybody understand?

Yes I have the same in my big toes and if I catch my finger nails it's a nightmare. It's a massive build up to cut and file my fingernails as I have severe pain and deformity in my fingers. I try to use a nourishing oil and hand cream to strengthen and nourish my nails. Since starting benepali my toe nails are a little better.

Hi fixyou the toenails are so painful to even touch sometimes. Yes and as you said catching the nails is so painful. Thanks for your reply. So good to hear from those who can relate 🙂

Yessss! The nail itself hurts. And shoes are merciless. I had this last year, but finally got diagnosis of Pa this week. No symptoms of psoriasis , only psoriatic arthritis. I hope this passes for you soon, Brandy
