Hi I have Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I've just recently started getting a new type of rash after giving birth which looks a lot different from my usual Psoriasis, it's on the back of my hands and doesn't itch or anything. Please see photo. Anyone had anything similar?

My psoriasis don’t itch on the initial breakout and this looks similar to how mine will breakout from time to time almost resembling a blister. If it were me I would start applying my skin prep and maybe seek out derm if it starts to really look odd or painful.

Hi Gefm,

If I remember correctly, there are five different types of skin outbreaks of psoriasis. You've just had a baby which means an extra stress on your body. You probably need rest and a check with the doctor or naturopath as to which foods and vitamins etc may help to pick you up without interfering if you are breast feeding. I did find that in the right combination the essential fatty acids -Omega 3/ 6 and 9 help to reduce inflammation in the body. Wishing you and your family all the best.
