Hi.. i was diagnosed with guttate psoriasis in June and was told there is no treatment to try n calm it down. I seem to be still breaking out in all areas of my body and was wondering if there is anything i can do to try and get rid of this awful skin that i have. I have never had psoriasis before so have no idea what to look at.
Cheers

Dolly I have a rare form it's called erythdermic with a little pustulare added who told you there a is know treatments there are. Several they have a couple of biological, there is s thing you sit in that acts like the sun. I couldn't do those so she had pill which is soritane,or acetretin. It is pretty potent. And you can not be pregnant during treatment and three years after and probably a little longer o can't have babiesanymore it does clear it up but I wanted to give my body a break. Few months later I'm breaking out again. Were you told any thing that would help
I can't bathe every day and I have to use moisturizers every day. I can't get in Sun or steroids it breaks me out. If you were told that you need a different Dr. Let me know how your doing or I will worry. Love susie jo1948
Whether you can ever clear yourself of the disease entirely or not please keep in mind that your body will need the best nourishment possible and if effective then your symptoms should reduce, and if you're lucky they may drop to becoming insignificant.
I had guttate psoriasis all over my buttocks and it eventually cleared using exorex lotion every day. It is easy to cover a large area with it. Got from the doctors.
