I have weekly methotrexate injections. This time the needle hurt really bad and when I with drew the needle blood pored out.

Does this mean the medicine came out too? Do I give myself another injection?

Hi Sofia42467

I have had the same experience. You probably hit a vein as that causes the pain & bleeding your probably get a bruise as well. I don't think that the Methotrexate would have come out. Definitely dont inject again or your over dose.
