Hi 👋 I’m Shnookie. My first time here. I belong to the anxiety/depression and

ADHD groups. Being impulsive, depressed, and anxiety ridden was the engine that drove me to gain COVID 25. Not an excuse just feeling depressed at times and feel sluggish. Thank U for letting me vent. Any good ideas, advice etc. would be greatly appreciated. Hugs 🤗 M
