I have read a few posts here now and I see a lot of negativity about people with their bodies. I have good parts and its ok to be proud of them regardless of how I feel about my bad bits.
I'm only about 10% of the way to my total weight loss goal but I think that being positive and happy in what I am doing is key to my progress.
So on that note I thought I would start a thread and challenge everyone to think about the things they like about themselves- I think being positive in my mind was the start of making a commitment to myself to be more healthy. I am worth all the hard work I am putting in at the gym and the inner struggles I am having when saying no thank you to cake in the office!
So to start us all off the things I like about me are:
My eyes
My pink hair ! its just been dyed and I am LOVING being pink.
My positive attitude - I am embracing change and loving the challenge its presenting
My new found confidence - its early days but I do feel an improvement already even after the small improvements I have made in terms of taking control of habits.
