Just wanted to say a quick hi - I have been overweight most of my life - at my largest I was 308lb I currently weight 277.5lb having ben eating better and working out since October last year. ( all be it with a blip and gain of 3lbs over xmas - too much going out and socializing .. that's my downfall eating and drinking out and its unavoidable at xmas)

I'm feeling better right now just for the progress I made so far and I am grateful for the support I'm getting along the way from family and online. I'm a pretty positive person - and I want to be healthier - so friends and supporters here who are working just as hard as me to be the best versions of themselves are always welcome :)

I'm not being hard on myself my weekly goals are achievable and set to :

1. eating within my calorie range to loose around 2lb a week and making the right choices for me

2. going to the gym to walk / swim/ do a class three times a week

3. Drink more water - it really helps me stay on track and I feel so much better when I am hydrated!

I'm using a tracking app called mynetdiary and logging my exercise using my apple watch :)

Hi ,I think getting ur mind in the right set to just start the diet is so hard,but once it locks in ur flying an will do great ,the only boring tip I have is consistent is key ,horrible word I know but it's keeping everyday similar an let the weeks go by,always remember the time will pass anyway,ur either get thinner or fatter but the time will still pass.so remember everyday why u started an everyday ur get closer to ur ideal.no magic wands just u taking control.good luck scarlet.never let a bad bay make u give up ,we make mistakes,but don't let them take u down , get back up .
