My contribution is :

Don't be rushed into 'getting back to whatever is normal' take your time, grief is a long emotional rollercoaster' you'll know when you're ready, no-one else.

I guess, take your own path don’t be lead by others. Do whatever it takes to make bad thoughts from taking over as long it’s not putting yourself in danger or hurting your loved ones.

Allow yourself to feel what you feel. Give yourself time. Grief takes as long as grief needs. Look for the little things that touch and lift you. Be as kind and gentle with yourself as you would be with another.
