Hi there, I would suggest caution using CBD if you are on any medication as it can interact, also the production of CBD is not regulated properly yet and many products aren’t completely pure. I bought some gorgeous CBD body balm but when I looked in to CBD more I was quite concerned and stopped using it, I may be being overly worried but didn’t want to take the risk. There have been a few articles about it recently in the news. Am interested to see others thoughts/ experiences as well though 🙂

I have been told by a doctor to start using CBD and was kind of skeptical because I love THC but it's really helpful topically for me. How are you taking it?
