I’m given donperidone and buscopan by my GP, however this is to help move everything through

Didn't go A&E couldn't sit there for hours being told nothing we can do. Took 2lots of pain meds finally went off the severe pain was due to flaring and loose stools. Buscopan doesn't help. Ulcering terrible so on short dose of steroids see if helps. Thanks advice

Have you tried a low residue diet? I found that really helped me when I was going through a GI flare. I also drink peppermint tea regularly to keep everything calm.

Thank cherie1w74 I'm already on careful eating plan as 2yrs gp said was ibs then chrohns so did the fod map diet, don't eat red meat, and found when introducing food back what made worse etc. But now it seems things I could eat are now causing flare ups and but it's a cycle ulcers start mouth then throat then bad stomach then ulcers below😩 wish I could drink peppermint but I cannot not I find cbd tea helps a little.
